After submitting your appointment request, you'll receive an automatic text to your phone number saying your request is being reviewed; & a follow-up email with the steps you need to complete your booking.

This means your selected time slot is reserved for you for 10 minutes. To confirm your appointment, please complete all the required steps below within 10 minutes:

1. Send the $50 deposit via E-transfer or Paypal to: zozostudio.ca@gmail.com

2. Reply to the earlier automatic text message with:
“Deposit sent – [Name on E-transfer]”

The same steps can also be found in the follow-up email.


Request an appointment arrow

After the steps above are completed and verified, you will then receive a separate message confirming your appointment.

If you can’t find the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder or follow the instructions above.

If you don't complete the required steps within 10 minutes, the time slot may be available to other clients, even if your request is still pending. Your request will be declined when another client completes the required booking steps first. By booking, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to all terms.
