If your appointment request was declined as the deposit was not received within the required timeframe, you’re welcome to submit a new request with the deposit when ready.
Appointments are accepted through booking link as REQUESTS only. Appointments are confirmed ONLY AFTER a deposit has been received.
After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic message stating your request is being reviewed. This does not confirm your appointment.
To confirm your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required via E-transfer or Paypal to:

Deposits must be sent within 10 minutes of booking. If the deposit is not received within 10 minutes, the request will be automatically cancelled and the time slot will be open for everyone to claim.
Once your deposit is sent, reply to that text message with:
"Deposit sent – [Name on E-transfer]"
After this step is complete and your deposit is verified, your appointment will be marked as accepted and you will receive a confirmation text.

Important note:
- For clients who need foreign removal: you must also send pictures of your current nails (front + side view).
- Any missing info may require design simplification on the day of your appointment.
- Booking requests without deposits are not held.
- Late deposits will not guarantee availability.
- Time slots are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
