Warranty / Fix Policy
For the best retention, please follow my aftercare guidelines below. If you experience any issues after your appointment, please reach out and I'll be happy to assess the situation.
First-Time Clients: Complimentary fixes are available within 5 days of your first appointment.
Returning Clients: Complimentary fixes are available within 48 hours of your appointment.
Covered issues:
- Chipping
- Peeling or lifting
- Charms or gems falling off
- Product defects related to application
Not covered:
- Cracked nails
- Broken nails
- Bent nails
- Damage caused by impact, accidents, picking, biting, improper aftercare, or normal wear and tear
Repairs for non-covered issues are available for an additional fee.
Aftercare:
- Use gloves when cleaning or handling harsh chemicals, such as dish soap, bleach, chlorine, or other corrosive cleaning products.
- Visit your nail technician every 3–4 weeks for regular maintenance to ensure the health and longevity of your manicure. Delaying appointments can weaken your nails and affect retention.
- Use cuticle oil daily (cuticle oil is absorbed into your nails; hand cream only hydrates your skin).
- Refrain from using your nails as tools for opening cans, scratching surfaces, or prying objects.
- Avoid picking, biting, or excessively tapping your nails/extensions, as this can weaken or damage them.
- Be gentle with your nails right after showering—prolonged soaking makes your nails soft, and when they’re still wet and softened, they’re more prone to breakage or lifting.
- Avoid hot water or prolonged exposure to hot tubs, saunas, or steam rooms.
Your efforts in maintaining your nail health are appreciated. Remember, nails are accessories, not tools!
